Jason and I just wanted to document different accomplishments the boys have achieved at the 2 year mark. If we don't write this down, we will forget it. Here are some 2 year highlights:
- Singing the ABC song
- Counting to 10
- Saying Mickey Mouse instead of My Mouse
- Asking about their friends (Cousin Ian, Joshua, Baby Jackson, Brooke, Austin, Lilly, and Josiah)
- Wanting waffles every morning for breakfast
- Getting so excited to go to LA Fitness
- Ability to finish an entire plate at the local Mexican Restaurant
- Cannot leave the house without wearing a hat
- Calling us Daddio and Mommio
- The biggest smiles when we walk in the room
- Ryan's lion roar
- Every thing is the color blue
- Curious George the monkey
- Playing the memory game
- Letting us know if the neighbor's dog is outside or inside
- "This Way"
- The cute way they say please
- Love their crocs (and wearing daddy's too)
- Identifying all stop signs
- Obsession with school buses (and city buses)
- The excitement of the pooh-pooh station
- Kyle's "paci on the pillow"
- Favorite movies are the wiggles, the bear, and curious george
- Wanting to pray a zillion times at dinner
- Challenging us during nap time
- Knowing the words to a lot of songs
We did the same thing for 18 month highlights but never did blog about it. So, here is the list from 6 months ago:
- Backing into us when we read a book
- Brother hugs before bedtime
- Arm tuck hugs by Kyle
- Singing 'must be Santa'
- Clapping after songs
- Dancing, jumping and screams
- Koala
- Animal noises (fish is a favorite and Kyle's lion is cute)
- Smiles and giggles
