The long days of winter

January and February has been filled with a pretty consistant routine.  One major highlight has been starting Basketball.  Jason has been coaching the Huskies.  Jason feels, at times, that he is herding cats; however, the team has really caught on to the game and it does look like real basketball.  Ryan and Kyle are quite good and they really do look forward to practice and the game.   We found a really cool program called Upward, which is Christian based...equal play time, no score, devotions during practice and halftime, and encouraging the fruit of the spirit.

The Mueller family also has a new pet in the family...Shammy Bruce Mueller has been a delightful addition.  He loves watching cars race, can do tricks, and seems to be pretty happy with his new home (complete with fish artwork created by Kyle).
Another joy has been school.   The boys are doing well in Kindergarten and I love volunteering on Wednesday.  I have also started substitute teaching some mornings at Trinity, so my days are starting to become a bit more active!
The winter months can always get long, but we have been enjoying life and keeping occupied.
