March 22 started week #1 of spring break and we spent the week at home in Indy. Jason's parents joined us Saturday to watch the boys final basketball game. They really enjoyed basketball and are becoming very skilled at the sport. Kyle has a very "mean" defense and Ryan is extremely fast on offense. They both have become good shooters too!
We headed to the Zoo Saturday to see the butterflies and a few of the animals.
Saturday evening, it was mother/son Knight Date night at Chick-fila. It was special as the boys dressed up and we had fun activities to complete.
Monday ended up being a snow day. The boys colored Easter eggs.
Then constructed a strawberry shaped tunnel in the front yard, based on a sketch designed by Kyle.
The boys continue to practice piano everyday and are improving with lessons.
The remainder of the week was filled with hours at home, a trip to Chuck E Cheese, and a morning at open gymnastics. We look forward to Spring Break week #2 as a family visiting my parents and celebrating Easter.
