The weeks leading up to Christmas were quite relaxing and filled with fun-family time. Jason had a Friday afternoon off so we headed to the Children's Museum to see Santa. The museum was SO quiet, we saw Santa within a few minutes. Ryan was able to request a dream-lite; Kyle asked for a remote control monster truck.
We spent hours in Jolly Days, baking cookies, fishing, doing karaoke,
and successfully completing the scavenger hunt which earned us elf ears.
Once we closed the museum down, we headed to Christmas at the Zoo. It was so beautiful and such a mild night. It was perfect and we were able to see everything, including the dolphin show, before it got too busy.
We mailed out our Christmas cards.
And celebrated a Birthday Party for Jesus with the Guinns, Hahns, Schamerlohs, and Wieses.
