Jason and I celebrated ten wonderful years of marriage with
a "staycation" in Indianapolis.
Grammie and Grampie had the boys for the week and we were able to have
quality time in the comfort of our own home.
After putting in a day and a half at work, we hit the golf course
together followed by dinner with friends at a Japanese restaurant.
Day 2 we headed to Columbus, Indiana for the architectural tour, some ice cream, a stop at the outlet mall and our evening was spent at church. Day 3 was a lazy, rainy day which included sleeping in and me beating Jason at Scrabble (some things just don't change).
We headed downtown for dinner and registered for our Weekend to Remember Marriage Retreat. The rest of the weekend, we enjoyed the retreat which had great speakers, opportunities to be together, had a wonderful date night, and spent Saturday night in the heart of Indianapolis.
Special thanks to my parents to spending the week with RyKy who returned home mastering the bicycle without training wheels, pronouncing words much better, and being nearly accident free at night (which has since regressed).
