Wisconsin Vacation - Part 1

We've just returned from a wonderful vacation to Wisconsin. I'm going to break this into to 2 entries because there are so many cute pictures to post... we'd hate to overwhelm you ;-)

We left September 12th and spent the night in Madison, WI with Jon and Melissa. Saturday morning we headed to State Street to have breakfast with Jon, Melissa, Cooper and Lindsey. For some crazy reason, we don't have any pictures from Madison... you'll just have to trust us that we were there.

Then it was off to the northwoods of Rhinelander, WI to visit the great-grandma's. Some of the highlights included:
  • Why is our car already started???? Ryan had the keys and must have hit the remote start.
  • Ryan has keys again and discovered the panic button.
  • Great grandma has a 'press one button' 911 on the phone... guess who found that button? Ryan of course! So, we had a phone call and a visit from the local police department.
  • An afternoon on the phone with our Pediatrician and Walgreens trying to get more antibiotic for poor Kyle.
  • Hanging out with Great Grandma Plamann, Grandma and Grandpa Mueller, Aunt Jenny, Cousin Bryn & Jadyn.

  • Team RyKy sporting their Rodgers jerseys and playing football with Daddy and Cousin Bryn.

  • Sitting on Uncle John's Harley.

  • Having a special dinner with great-grandma Enz and Plamann.

After 3 days in Rhinelander, we were off to spend a few days in Door County. On the way, we stopped off at UW-Green Bay (where Jason and I attended college). It was fun to walk around and see what has changed. And wow don't those college kids look young these days!
