4th Birthday & Easter

Easter weekend was jam packed with fun and celebration. Great-grandma Plamann and Grandma and Grandpa Mueller traveled from Wisconsin on Friday to celebrate Ryan and Kyle's 4th Birthday weekend. It is always so special as they haven't missed a birthday for the boys yet.
The weather Saturday was perfect as we had Ryan and Kyle's Pirate Birthday. It was a good turnout and Kyle played the Pirate role most of the day. Ryan had a little melt down when he wasn't the first to find the treasure chest at the end of the scavenger hunt.

Sunday was such a special Easter. We got to celebrate that Christ has Risen AND that the boys are 4! The boys loved the egg hunt in the morning, dressing up and attending church.
We ate lunch at the Japanese Steakhouse "Kubuto" which the boys enjoyed since it is named after a character in CarsToons. As you can tell in the photo below, Ryan was totally amuzed with what was going on around him; Kyle was scared of the fire.

Then the boys got to open more presents...many being Cars related!

Monday I left for my 3-month check-up at NIH. My appointments were Tuesday where we discovered that my pituitary is still sleeping and that I am taking to much hydrocortisol (since I have lost weight). So, we have backed down, and I'm feeling kind of crummy again. We had an enjoyable weekend last weekend planting our garden, grass seed, having a campfire, and discovering the Frosty Boy for ice cream!

Happy 4th Birthday Ryan and Kyle. We love you so much!
